Extremely Pungent cheese. Every time. I don’t know where they get this stuff but it’s strong and it makes the dish a little difficult to eat.

Nice dark red color, high quality meat.
Very cold, like it was pre-made out of the freezer.

Taste was pretty bland, I found myself wanting to ask for some olive oil at least.


Perfect amount of arugula and capers, fresh-cracked pepper applied in the kitchen.

Smaller than average amount of meat.
