Very pungent truffle drizzle over the center, but still light.
Perfect arugula, crunchy, not quite dry but not overdressed
Salty, no salt needed which is very rare to find
Perfect char, not too much to affect the temperature of the meat
Shaved radish with the arugula provided an interesting crisp chomp.
Outstanding Parmesan taste, though sparse, fit the dish.
Slightly cool meat, perfect temperatire
Excellent cut of meat, right thickness and not stringy
Mustard Mayo drizzle on the outside, light and not too overpowering. Very nice to have the option to use as little or as much as needed.
Size: Quite small, but understandable
Value: Can’t beat it!
Overall Score: 9/10. I actually went back for lunch a few days later and ordered two for myself, and most of the table ordered one as well.
